Jen from iCandy Handmade shares a pattern and tutorial for making her Everyday Raglan Dress for a girl. The dress is based on a raglan sleeve t-shirt, with the hem exteded and flared to make it an A-line dress. The contrast sleeves and neckband give it a sporty vibe. The dress is layered, with the bottom layer peeking out just a bit at the hem. It’s a fun detail, and it also allows you to use some of your thinner knits. Her free pattern will fit girl size 6-7. You should be able to adjust it up or down a size or two with little difficulty. Or, use your favorite raglan sleeve t-shirt pattern as a guide, and adapt it to mimic her dress pattern.
