Free Sewing pattern: Girls Saudade Sundress with a pretty pleated bodice

She calls it the Saudade Sundress, named after the Portuguese word for “feelings of nostalgia and melancholia, of longing for a person, place or time that has passed. Like the Summer days in which dresses like these can be worn…” (source) The pleats on the bodice are stitched down in different directions at the top and the bottom, creating direction and dimension.
