Jen from iCandy Handmade shares a free pattern for making this contrast bib dress for girls. This is such a pretty summer dress!! The bib is made from a quilting weight woven cotton, and the rest of the dress from t-shirt knit. The bib is cut higher in the front which gives the skirt a hi-low effect. On the back, the neck cuts down into a deep V. Her free pattern comes in a little girls size 18-24 months and a big girls size 8/9. If you need another size, I think you could adjust one of those two sizes to fit using a shirt that fits your child as a size guide.
