Melanie from The Littlest Studio shares a free pattern for making this cute little hexi coin purse.  It looks like it would be a perfect little pouch for your earbuds.  It’s easy to make from leather or faux leather because the edges don’t need to be finished and there’s a simple button closure.  I think you could also make this from a high quality felt.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
