Free pattern: Katniss cowl sweater refashion

Kate from See Kate Sew shares a free pattern for making a cowl like the one Katniss wore in Catching Fire. You won’t have to knit a stitch because it’s actually a refashion from a thrifted sweater. And it’s not just for Hunger Games fans. I’ve never seen or read any of the Hunger Games books or movies, but I’m thinking I might need to make myself a cowl like this.
