She shares a free pattern for making the pants, and links to previous tutorials and the Tee x 3 pattern in her shop to make the rest of the costume. She promises a Batman costume next week. If you have two children who need costumes, one could be Batman and the other could be Robin. Her free pattern makes a kids size 5 pants.
