Fawnda from Fireflies & Jellybeans shares a free pattern and tutorial for adding a knight helmet to a hoodie. This is so cool! The helmet mask and visor are sewn to the front of the hoodie so it partially covers the face. (The eyes are left uncovered so it’s easy to see through.) Use a heathered or steely gray hoodie and some gray felt to mimic the metal of the armor. Go to the pattern and tutorial.
