Free pattern: Mermaid tail dress-up skirt

What little girl wouldn’t love a mermaid dress-up skirt? Especially one that’s sparkly just like a real mermaid! Amber from Crazy Little Projects shares a free pattern for making one. The long straight skirt has a mermaid fin at the bottom. Use a sequin fabric (from the costume section of the fabric store) to make it sparkly.
