Free pattern: Modern Baby Doll Top for little girls

Shauna from Shwin & Shwin shares a free pattern for making her Modern Baby Doll Top for little girls.  This is such a cute top for fall!!  It has a baby doll high waist, cap sleeves, and a high-low hem.  She added leather shoulder patches as a modern nod to autumn.  The back closure is an exposed zipper.  Her free pattern fits a little girl size 5/6. If you need another size, you should be able to adjust it up or down using a shirt that fits your child as a sizing guide.

From what I can tell, the pattern is only available in the one size. If you need just a size or two larger or smaller you could probably adjust it by using a shirt that fits your child as a guide. –Anne
