Kate from See Kate Sew shares a free sewing pattern for making a ruffle sleeve onesie. The long sleeve onesie can be made from knit fabric. Her free pattern fits babies 3-6 months and includes options for two ruffle lengths. Or, for a gender neutral onesie, just leave off the ruffle altogether.
