Free pattern: Runway Shortie romper for toddler girls

Autumn from It’s Always Autum shares a free pattern and tutorial for making her Runway Shortie for little girls. This is such a cute little shorts romper! It has contrast cuffs on the legs, a pleated bodice, and a set of snaps at the shoulders to make it easy to put on or take off. The pattern is available in size 12-18 months.
