Amy from Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop shares a tutorial for making these Star Spangled Skorts for little girls. It’s a gathered skirt with a pair of shorts sewn in so your little girl can play all she likes without about modesty. She used a banner panel to make one that looks like a bunting, It’s cute for 4th of July, but change up the colors and the fabrics and this style of skirt can work year-round.
