Kathleen from Grosgrain shares the pattern she used to make faux fur and wool tiered skirt that was part of her entry into Project Sewn. She calls it her Steam Train Skirt. The gorgeous flare of the tiered skirt comes from the tiers being cut as circles rather than straight strips that are gathered. With a fitted drop waist, the flare starts right at the hip.
