Jen from iCandy Handmade shares a free pattern for her Tiny Tank Dress for baby girls. The itty bitty dress is gathered at the top and has contrast bias tape for the straps. It can be made from any lightweight fabric – quilting weight cotton, voile, and knits are all good choices.
