This tropical wrap maxi dress has me dreaming of the beach! Deby from So Sew Easy shares a free pattern for making it. It’s actually a variation on her Wrap Dress (free pattern). She lengthens the dress and changes the sleeves to a flutter sleeve. She gives a link to download the pattern, which comes in womens sizes small – extra large, and then has a video showing how to adapt it to make it a tropical maxi.
