It’s a versatile skirt, one you can get much mileage from. With a nice blouse and heels, it’s a dressy skirt. Or, with a more casual t-shirt and flats it’s an everyday skirt. Her free pattern has sizes to fit hips 34″ – 50″. She shares a video tutorial and written instructions for sewing this skirt.
