Summer may be coming to an end, but there’s still time to whip up a new bathing suit. You can get a few wears out of it this year, and then skip the bathing suit shopping next spring. Jess from The Sewing Rabbit shows the fabulous two piece suit she made herself. It has retro styling and sizzle. The top is a halter and the bottom a high waist ruched bikini bottom. She includes a free pattern for the high waist ruched bikini bottom. Her free pattern fits a women’s size 8/10. You can make the top without a pattern, using your measurements to cut the pieces you need.
