This ghost mermaid costume is a fun twist on a Halloween classic. Heather Handmade created this cute costume for her daughter, and she has a tutorial on her blog showing how she did it. The costume is made from three parts – a mermaid tail dress, a ghost cape, and a wig. The wig you’ll need to buy, but she shows how to make the dress and the cape.
