Lookie what she made: Frumpy thrift store dress to smart summer frock

Kathleen from The Tumtum Tree and Grosgrain shows her latest thrift store find. Of course, it didn’t look anywhere near this good when she saw it at the thrift store. Instead of the smart sleeveless dress you see here, it resembled more of a droopy sack with arms. I love what she did with it!
