If you struggle with creating even seam allowances, a seam guide can be your best friend. You can buy special seam guides to place on your sewing machine, but you can also make your own. Petro from Easy Peasy Creative has a trick for making a seam guide using a simple office supply – a stack of sticky notes. Most of us have one of these hanging around our home office so it’s an easy DIY to try.
