Heather from Heather Handmade created this gorgeous cloak for her daughter to dress up as Anna from Frozen 2. Would you believe she made it from two skirts? She has a tutorial showing how she did it. Using upcycled skirts for the cloak saves money on fabric – plus she got lucky and found a skirt that already had beautiful detailing around the hem!
