Instead of fixed prices, they offer their customers the opportunity to “pay what you feel.” It’s a unique approach to both reduce food waste and also help provide healthy and delicious meals to folks who could not otherwise pay for it. The banner Josie made has the name of the cafe stitched across it, one letter per flag. She shares a tutorial on her blog showing how you can make one of your own.
