Sewing pattern: Child’s roll-up art caddy

This is a terrific art caddy that has a zippered pouch and a slip pocket for crayons, markers, and small notebook so kids can take their art supplies with them!   It rolls up o you can easily tuck it in a busy bag or in your purse for a quiet on-the-go activity.   Sew Very Crafty shares a tutorial showing how to make one. The caddy has pockets for crayons and a larger pocket at the end where you can slip a small drawing pad or notebook.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
