Bonnie from Bonnie and Blithe shows how you can make a circle skirt dress. It’s a cute style to wear, perfect for school or church or play. And the circle skirt is so much fun to twirl!! It’s also a super easy sewing project because you start with a purchased t-shirt and just add the skirt to make it into a dress. It’s a great project for beginners!
