Sewing pattern: Easy fabric lanyard or pet leash

January 15, 2019 by Anne Weaver

Sewing tutorial: Easy fabric lanyard or pet leashCaroline from Sew Can She shows how you can sew a fabric lanyard or pet leash.  You’ll need long skinny strips of fabric, which this a perfect project for using up scraps of fabric left over after quilting a quilt.  Or, if you don’t make quilts, you can just cut your own strips, or use a pack of pre-cut quilt strips, or even piece smaller scraps together.  However you get your strips, turning them into a lanyard or a pet leash is an easy and satisfying sewing project!
