Melissa from Trevor Loves Mommy shows how she turned a knit maxi skirt into a fun t-shirt with a flounce around the neck. If you don’t have a skirt to work with, you can easily just use some yardage and make the t-shirt from scratch, using her tutorial to add the circular neck flounce.
