Sewing tutorial: Mermaid costume for little girlsMermaids have always been popular costumes for girls, but they seem to be even more popular lately!  Havalah from Sisters, What! shows how you can sew an adorable mermaid costume for a little girl.  It looks like a dress, but it’s actually a peplum top and a long skirt.  Costume fabric printed with metallic scales and a sparkly tulle ruffle give it shimmer fit for a mermaid.
