I’m loving the oversized pockets on this cardigan! Emily at Life Sew Savory hacked her free cardigan sewing pattern to add the pockets. Her free cardigan pattern comes in women’s sizes xs to xxxl. The original cardigan has 3/4 sleeves and pockets on the inside of the sweater. The pockets in this variation are oversized and gathered to be extra roomy, and sewn to the outside of the cardigan. Freebie: Printable Christmas Eve magic pillowcase poem
With all the excitement and expectation of Santa’s visit, it can be hard for kids to go to sleep on Christmas Eve. Melissa from Polka Dot Chair created special pillowcases for her nephews, to be used only on Christmas Eve. When she gave them to them, she included a little poem explaining that they’re magic pillowcases to help them have sweet dreams.
