Sewing tutorial: Yoga mat bagRemona from The Stitching Scientist has a tutorial showing how you can sew a yoga mat bag.  Her mat bag is made with closed ends and a zipper down a long side, making it easier to get the mat inside the bag.  Her tutorial makes  a bag to fit a standard adult size yoga mat (68″ x 24″) but you can adjust the dimensions to fit other size mats if needed.
