Singer is offering an opportunity for sewists across the United States to to share their love of sewing and try out the Confidence Stylist sewing machine. It’ll all happen through 800 House Parties to take place on Mother’s Day weekend, May 6-8, 2011.
If selected to host a House Party, you’ll get to borrow a Singer Confidence Stylist sewing machine and get access to specially designed projects for the parties. In addition, you and your guests will get special discounts through the party.
“Hosts will borrow a new SINGER® Confidence Stylist™ sewing machine from a local SINGER® retailer, such as Viking Sewing Gallery stores in select Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft™ stores or other SINGER® dealer locations, and attend a special one-hour machine orientation at the specified retail location which will give them exclusive access to projects and sewing tips from SINGER experts. In addition, SINGER has created a specially designed sewing project for each party and will provide fun activities and downloadable party favors…. Hosts will have the opportunity to purchase the machine at a 20% discount. SINGER® will also offer the host a free SINGER® Expert Finish™ iron with purchase if a machine is purchased before or at the orientation. Guests will be offered a 15% discount of the machine.”
