Tutorial: 10-minute girls skirt, no sewing required

Jamie from Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom shows how you can make a girls skirt out of a shirt. It takes just 10 minutes, and there’s no sewing required! She uses a fabric glue to make the casing at the top, but you could also use your sewing machine and it would be a super simple sewing project.
