Tutorial: 10-minute pom pom cowl

Marissa from Rae Gun Ramblings shows how to make a pom pom cowl for your favorite little girl. It’s a quick, easy project that also happens to be super cute! She says it can be done in just 10 minutes! The inside is made from a soft flannel or fleece, and the outside from a fun cotton print. And of course there’s the pom pom trim around the bottom of it.
