Becky from Patchwork Posse shares a tutorial at The Ribbon Retreat blog showing how you can make a zippered pouch for a 3-ring binder. It’ll hold pencils or other small school supplies. You can use mesh or clear plastic for the front so you can easily see the contents. A fun fabric print on the back will show through. Three small straps with D-rings will attach it to a binder.
