Autie at iCandy Handmade combined two of her easy skirt tutorials to make this mash-up 4quarters and Exposed Elastic skirt. Her 4quarters skirt is made from 4 A-line panels. She uses three cut from one fabric, and one panel cut from another. She simplifies the waistband by using a wide piece of elastic like in her Exposed Elastic skirt. It’s a quick, easy skirt you can knock out in an afternoon.
