Kelli from The Willow Market shows how to make an absorbent dish drying mat.  The top is a patchwork of pretty cottons, and the bottom is terry cloth.  It’s a larger size mat that is roughly 17″ tall x 21″ wide (finished dimensions based on the size pieces to cut and some quick “in my head” math).  The size gives plenty of room for dishes to dry, especially the larger or oddly sized dishes that don’t go in the dishwasher.
