Sarah from Blue Susan Makes shares a tutorial and free pattern at Fabric.com showing how you can make a bat cape. And when I say bat cape, I’m meaning more than just a cape with a bat scallop bottom – which this cape does have. In addition to the bat scallops around the bottom, this cape also has a hood with the pointed bat ears. Her free pattern comes in a child’s size 3-4T.
