Tutorial and pattern: Kitty walletYou don’t have to be a crazy cat lady to appreciate the cuteness of this kitty wallet.  Choly Knight from Sew Desu Ne? has a free sewing pattern for making it!  The inside has spots to hold credit cards and paper money, and there’s a zip pocket on one side that’s perfect to hold your phone.  Plus, there’s a hidden zipper pocket on the front (behind the kitty ears) where you can hold your change.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
