Make it from a fancy fabric for a party dress, or a quilting cotton or knit for a church or play dress. She made the one you see here as part of a Halloween costume for her daughter. It can be worn in the warmer months as a sleeveless dress, and when it turns colder it can be worn layered over leggings and a long sleeved shirt. Her free pattern comes in little girls sizes 1-8.
