Amy from Sew Incredibly Crazy shares a tutorial at Therm O Web showing how to make this appliqued vinyl bib. The way she does the applique is so smart! Instead of putting the applique down on TOP of the vinyl, which would defeat the purpose of a wipe-clean vinyl surface for a baby bib, she puts it down UNDER a clear fusible vinyl so the surface remains smooth.
