Julie from julie-k made this drawstring backpack for her daughter. Drawstring backpacks are a perennial favorite sewing project because they’re quick, they’re easy, and they’re practical. She followed a tutorial from Martha Stewart, but made modifications to get the look you see here. I especially like how she made the straps and attached them to the bottom of the bag.
