Amy from Nana Company shares a tutorial at eHow showing how to make a Basil Bear softie for a baby. His shape is simple and lightly stuffed. On the back, you can embroidery a label with the child’s name. He’s made entirely with hand sewing, with a face embroidered on so there are no buttons to worry about coming off.
