And of course those are the ones the girls want to wear for their Halloween costumes, because who wouldn’t want to wear a fancy princess dress? Jess from Gracious Threads shares a tutorial at Fleece Fun showing how you can make a Beauty and the Beast Belle costume dress – the fancy gold one with the ruched skirt – for a Halloween or dress-up costume. She’s simplified the dress so it’s easy to make, but it still has the signature ruched skirt and off the shoulder sleeves.
