Tutorial: Beauty and the Beast Belle costume dress

Why do Disney princesses always have these complicated dresses? And of course those are the ones the girls want to wear for their Halloween costumes, because who wouldn’t want to wear a fancy princess dress? Jess from Gracious Threads shares a tutorial at Fleece Fun showing how you can make a Beauty and the Beast Belle costume dress – the fancy gold one with the ruched skirt – for a Halloween or dress-up costume. She’s simplified the dress so it’s easy to make, but it still has the signature ruched skirt and off the shoulder sleeves.
