Tutorial: Build-your-own monster face pillow

March 1, 2011 by Anne Weaver

Disney from Ruffles and Stuff joins Celebrate the Boy with a tutorial showing how to make a monster pillow that’s as much a toy as a bed accessory.  It’s made from flannel and the eyes, nose, mouth, and other facial features are removable and interchangeable.  A pocket on the back holds all of the felt pieces.  There’s no limit to the monster making possibilities – and the fun!  LOVE!  Get the tutorial.

Nancy, There isn’t a pattern for the pillow base, but she gives the dimensions to cut in her tutorial. If you scroll further down in her tutorial, there are .jpg images for the hair, noses, eyes, etc. To download them, just right-click on the image and save it to your computer. –Anne
