Sew4Home shares a tutorial for making a canteen style bag, which seems rather perfect for fall especially when made from corduroy and tweed. The canteen inspired shape reminds of me of fall camping trips, and leaves crunching underfoot while hiking through the woods. It has a round pocket on the outside with a D-ring accent, and a pocket on the inside, too. The lining construction is simplified by using fold over elastic to cover seam allowances.
