Sew4Home shares a tutorial for making this canvas laundry hamper with removable liner.  The liner is a simple drawstring bag made from a quilting weight cotton.  The outside is made from a sturdy canvas, with dowels set into the sides so it holds its shape.  You can easily remove the dowels should your hamper get dirty and need to go through the laundry as well.
