This bench started off as a dated and worn thrift store find, but look how beautiful it is now! A coat of paint and a cover for the cushion do wonders to update the style. Cami from Tidbits shows how you can sew a cushion slip cover for benches and chairs. The cushion ties around the legs of the bench or stool and has a pleated ruffle around the edges. She uses drop cloth to make the slipcovers, which gives a lovely farmhouse look while being easy on the budget.
