Heather from Feather’s Flights shows how you can make a child’s matching game out of your fabric scraps. What’s neat about this project is that you can start with a small group of matching squares, and add to it later as your child’s skill (and your scrap stash) grow. How fun would it be to use scraps of fabric left over from garments you’ve made your child? Just be sure to cut extra backing squares at the beginning so all of your pieces look the same when turned over. Go to Feather’s Flights for the tutorial.
