For the girl who thinks there’s no such thing as too much sparkle or bling, Jill from Snugglebug University shows how you can make these clear vinyl confetti bow hair clips. They’re clear vinyl bows filled with sparkling confetti and buttons and other bits and bobs. She uses an iron or hot glue for a no-sew method, but you could easily sew these bows up with your sewing machine.
