Tutorial: Colorful felt tassel
Amy from Bead Bash shows how you can make this colorful felt tassel. If you don’t have the felt you need, you could also use thin strips of knit fabric – though you’d need to use more strips of knit in order to achieve the fullness of the felt. It’s a mostly no-sew project. There are a couple of simple stitches required to attach the band around the top of the tassel.
